CATA has a new Executive Director

From 29 January 2024 the Executive Director of CATA will be Dr. Esther A. P. Koisin, formerly the Director of the Department of International Taxation, Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia. In her previous post Esther was very involved with the training programmes provided by IRBM on behalf of CATA and she brings a great deal of highly relevant experience to her new role.

The previous Executive Director Duncan Onduru is leaving CATA for new duties with the thanks of the Secretariat for all he has done for the organisation and very best wishes for the future.
