Working Large Transfer Pricing Audits – UK practical perspective - This session will be presented by Joy Hindson and Stephen Denyer from HMRC, who both have significant experience in leading complex transfer pricing audits to resolution. Their presentation will cover HMRC’s delivery of tax yield from transfer pricing cases, its general approach to transfer pricing audits, and give their practical experience of how they have moved audits forward to resolution. This is a knowledge-sharing session, and time will be allocated at the end for questions, and for attendees to provide insight into their own jurisdiction’s approach, to draw out similarities and differences.

The session will run for 1.5 hours with an hour for the presentation and 30 minutes for Q&A/discussion.
