CATA Senior Leadership Programme Phase 3 Concludes Successfully in London

In February, CATA hosted delegates from numerous member countries in London for the third and final phase of the CATA Senior Leadership Programme (SLP) 2025/26.

This concluding phase built upon the highly successful Phase 1, which was held in Uganda in September, and brought together participants for two intensive weeks of training and knowledge exchange.

The programme culminated in a closing event at Marlborough House, where CATA Executive Director Dr. Esther Koisin and senior leaders from HMRC congratulated delegates on their achievements.

It was inspiring to witness the tangible impact of the programme as it progressed. Delegates actively engaged in the sessions, and their reflections during the closing event highlighted the knowledge, skills, and insights they have gained—underscoring the transformative value of the Senior Leadership Programme.
