MRA revealed its Taxpayer Satisfaction Survey 2024 findings

As a good governance practice, the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA) conducts every year the Taxpayer Satisfaction Survey (TSS) to gauge the quality of services it offers to its taxpayers and stakeholders. Each year the survey questions are refined to reflect shifting taxpayers’ expectations and needs.


For this year survey, 26,354 taxpayers participated on the online survey and some of the main findings of the TSS were highlighted on 29th October 2024 at the seat of the MRA. The survey responses revealed that:

The MRA through the survey also received some 23,000 valuable comments from taxpayers and which the MRA will be analysing further to bring future enhancements into its operations. The annual TSS is an indication that the Authority views its taxpayers as collaborative partners in the journey toward excellence.
