Fiji Removed from European Union Blacklist Following Comprehensive Tax Reforms
On 17 February 2026, the EU Code of Conduct Group announced its update to the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes. As part of this update, Fiji has been officially removed from the blacklist following comprehensive reforms to strengthen tax transparency, fair taxation, and compliance with international standards. This milestone reinforces Fiji’s commitment to responsible tax governance and enhances confidence among international partners and investors.
